This 60‑minute telemedicine visit is with Dr. Jorge, a double board‑certified surgeon (General Surgery & Obesity Medicine), fellowship‑trained in bariatric surgery, and Medical Director of the LeanDreams program.

This consultation is for you if:

• You have a complex medical history, prior bariatric surgery, or are regaining weight

• You are on (or considering) GLP‑1s or other weight loss medications and want expert oversight

• You feel “stuck” despite diets, programs, or online clinics, and want a physician who will look at the whole picture

What’s included:

• Detailed review of your medical history, medications, surgeries, and family risk factors

• Evaluation of potential endocrine, genetic, and metabolic contributors

• Review of prior labs and orders for new testing when appropriate
