Dr. Jorge is a Metabolic Surgeon and Obesity Medicine Specialist dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting weight and health transformation. His clinical focus spans both medical and surgical treatments for obesity, emphasizing long-term success through sustainable, personalized care.

Board-Certified in General Surgery and Obesity Medicine, Dr. Jorge combines advanced clinical expertise with a deeply compassionate approach to patient care. He is passionate about leveraging innovative therapies, including telemedicine and holistic behavioral strategies, to improve long-term outcomes in weight management.

Dr. Jorge began his medical journey over 25 years ago as an active-duty Navy Corpsman, serving six years and completing a tour in Iraq in 2003 before becoming a civilian paramedic. His experiences in service cultivated his commitment to discipline, empathy, and excellence—values that continue to guide his medical practice today.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Jorge enjoys traveling, scuba diving, exploring great food, and spending quality time with his wife and young daughter.
