Her work focuses on helping individuals create sustainable change by addressing not only thoughts and emotions, but also the behavioral patterns that impact daily life — including habits, stress, sleep, and lifestyle.
She has designed and led mental health programs across Mexico, Uganda, and the United States, working with diverse populations in both clinical and community settings.
She’s particularly passionate about making mental health care accessible, practical, and deeply human — combining evidence-based approaches with real-life application.
